Do you offer a trial before purchase?

Yes, you have 21 days to use Lista for free.

Do I have to enter my credit card information before I can use the product?

No, we do not require a credit card until after your 21-day trial has elapsed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Cards.

Is there tier pricing?

Not currently.

How do I purchase a subscription?

You will need to be an account owner to purchase a subscription seat(s). Log in to your account by clicking here. Then you can make purchases in your Manage Account by clicking here.

How do I manage my account?

First, log in to your account by clicking here. Next, go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.

Will subscriptions renew automatically?

Yes. You can edit your subscription, number of seats, or cancel your subscription. Go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.

What do I need to do if my trial has ended or if my account is suspended?

Please update your credit card information if your trial or subscription has ended.

Can I change the number of users at any time?

Yes. Go to Manage Users under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page. If you add or delete users, your account will be pro-rated as of the date you make the changes.

How do I cancel my account?

Go to Manage Account under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page.

What if I forget my username or password?

You can reset your password at the Login page. Your username is the email address that you used when you signed up.

Can I change my username or password?

Yes. Go to Manage Users under the drop-down arrow next to your name located at the top right corner of the page. From here, you can edit your username or password. Note that only an Administrator can perform this function.

Misc

Is there a mobile version?

Currently, our software is not supported on mobile. ​​Process Templates are designed to be edited on desktop or laptop computers only.
